- International Museum Day May 2023
To mark the International Museum Day, the National History Museum at Mahebourg mounted an exhibition entitled “Mauritius 1801 – 1803 – Lithographs of Jacques- Gérard Milbert.” and also organized a painting competition on theme “Scenery of Mauritius” among Grade 12 and 13 students of Secondary Schools at the National level.
On the same occasion, the Natural History Museum in collaboration with the Dodo Philatelic Society put on display an exhibition on “Stamps of Mauritius”
